Blume Partners is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and transactional work.

The diverse background of its principal, Edward Blume, enables Blume Partners to effectively handle our clients' corporate legal matters, while also thinking and acting like a business person. Having practiced law at big firms, served as Chief Operating Officer of a family of closely-held businesses and been in Private Equity as both In-House Counsel and President, Blume's varied set of skills positions him to uniquely spot, assess, evaluate and help to resolve legal issues in a very holistic way.
